I ordered one for myself in real leather and another for my wife in faux leather, since the jacket is designed for men and I wasn’t completely sure about her sizing. As it turned out, the jacket was too big for her, so I contacted customer service. They responded within a couple of hours, and when I asked if they could exchange it for a smaller size and upgrade it to real leather instead of faux, they agreed without any issues. I’m really pleased with both the product and their customer service. My only complaint is that they should also make a women’s version of the jacket.
