-QS Wears will be available at any particular time or location;

-QS Wears will be secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;

-The content of QS Wears is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free; and

-Any defects in QS Wears will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information obtained through QS Wears shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other QS Wears users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. We shall have no liability for your interactions with other users, or for any damage incurred as a result of such interactions.
